RRB NTPC Study Plan

Railway Recruitment Board had earlier released the RRB NTPC recruitment notification announcing a huge number of vacancies. As per the information RRB NTPC exam is scheduled to be held from 15 December 2020 and it is time that we take our exam preparation to the next level by making it more structured and organized.

To help you in this endeavor, we have created a RRB NTPC Study Plan covering all the important topics that you need to go through before the exam so that you can utilize the rest of the days working on your weak zones. Remember that preparation and practice must go hand in hand. So we have clubbed the study plan with topic wise videos and related questions to make your preparation top-notch.

Subject wise preparation strategy

Ø  General Awareness

Syllabus:

Current Events of National and International Importance, Games and Sports, Art and Culture of India, Indian Literature, Monuments and Places of India, General Science and Life Science (up to 10th CBSE), History of India and Freedom Struggle, Physical, Social and Economic Geography of India and World, Indian Polity and Governance- constitution and political system, General Scientific and Technological Developments including Space and Nuclear Program of India, UN and Other important World Organizations, Environmental Issues Concerning India and World at Large, Basics of Computers and Computer Applications, Common Abbreviations, Transport Systems in India, Indian Economy, Famous Personalities of India and World, Flagship Government Programs, Flora and Fauna of India, Important Government and Public Sector Organizations of India, etc. 

Ø  General Intelligence and Reasoning

Syllabus-  Analogies, Alphabetical and Number Series, Coding and Decoding, Mathematical operations, Relationships, Syllogism, Jumbling, Venn Diagram, Data Interpretation, and Sufficiency, Conclusions and Decision Making, Similarities and Differences, Analytical reasoning, Classification, Directions, Statement – Arguments and Assumptions, etc.

Ø  Mathematics

Syllabus-  Number System, Decimals, Fractions,  Ratio and Proportions, Percentage, Mensuration, Time and Work, Time and Distance, Simple and Compound Interest, Profit and Loss, Elementary Algebra, Geometry and Trigonometry, Elementary Statistics, LCM, HCF, etc.
